Kinstretch is a movement-based strength and mobility training system designed to help you build greater control, flexibility, and resilience. In this class, you'll learn how to improve your joint health, enhance your range of motion, and develop body awareness, all of which are essential for reducing injury risk and boosting athletic performance.
Through guided exercises, you'll focus on controlled articular rotations (CARs), active stretching, and end-range strength training, helping you move better, feel stronger, and perform at your peak in daily life and sports

Running Technique. We assess your running mechanics and work with you to change your technique to ensure your run quicker, for longer pain and injury free.
Running Speed. We assess your running mechanics and ensure your technique maximises your speed whilst we also provide speed training with our unique PBM training speed method. A revolutionary speed training method only available at the running team.
Team Speed. We provide team sessions to improve speed for team sports
